Chaplain, you may not like abortions and you may have your own opinions on the subject, but being a man, you will NEVER get pregnant, never go through 9 months of pregnancy, nor will you ever have to go through hours of painful labor, not to mention enduring the complications that come with pregnancy. As a woman, on the other hand, I can go through all that, but I don't want to and I CHOOSE not to. Whether I go through all this or not is MY decision. I alone make that choice--and so do thousands of other women in this state, as well as across the rest of this country. DON'T you dare tell us what we can or can't do with this most private and personal of all decisions. We women are people, not incubators to dispense babies at your or anyone else's will. Got it?

What bills or amendments do you think the leigalsture will propose that could affect Texas home inspectors? With this legislative session focused on expenses do you think they will add many more services to the taxable items? Will home inspections become taxable?

It would seem to me since we teach about Muslims, and other religions in HIGH SCHOOL World History that we cannot leave out Christianity.

This country was founded under GOD.

In Sparks, NV a Muslim teens family sued the school district for not letting their daughter wear her head scarf. They got a 500,000 dollars.

Other student do not get to wear hats and have to follow the dress code. Go figure

They knew the rights of the students when they sign her up for public education.

Then another adult muslim was an employee of Disneyland for a few years. She decided to sue them for not letting her wear her head scarf.

This is spreading like wildfire.

Comment on Opt Out of Invasive Programs: RFID in Texas Schools by David: San Antonio

The use of RFID, in our public school system, is without any positive merit. The Federal Government is, in essence, "blackmailing" State school systems by telling them it will withdraw Federal funding for their schools if they do not comply. This is also the case for many other "funded" programs that the Federal Gov't. wants to see implemented. Either comply or your funds will be cut. The use of the RFID implants the idea, at a young age, that the Federal Gov't. has the absolute right to monitor you, your whereabouts and your activities at all times. Next, on the agenda, will probably be an "implantable" chip and be a mandatory requirement to work, drive a car, do your banking or buy things.(Shades of "The Book of Revelation" in the Bible, WOW!)All this comes from a government that has or is spinning out of control and is paraniod about its' own survival. This is NOT the United States as envisioned by our Forefathers nor is this the type of Federal Government that was envisioned or set forth in the U.S. Constitution.

Comment on Does the punishment fit the crime? by Alan Goodwin

Topic does not fit the crime?
I am concerned about Homeland Security's involvement in social media. Let me give you a quick synopsis of the problem. There was a young man in Texas that was sorting through chat rooms and came in contact with a young woman from Bismarck North Dakota and in conversations with her online and a couple phone calls she was telling him that she was going to run away from home because her grandfather was going to beat her. In the conversations the young man from Texas who is in his "40s", thought he was communicating with a girl that was an adult but she was only seventeen.
Next thing that happened was Homeland Land Security agents from North Dakota showed up at the young man's door. They came in looks through his computer for child porn and didn't find any but later arrested the young man. They put an ankle bracelet on him and he was assigned a court date in Bismarck North Dakota. He was then tried and convicted of " Luring and underage child across state lines". He has been sentence to a minimum of ten years in Federal Prison. He is now serving his sentence in a Federal Prison in Fort-worth TX

These are my concerns:
1. What does Homeland Security have to do with this social media event? Why not the FBI or local authorities.
2. 10 years in federal prison for being in social media chat room communicating with a young woman who said in court that she claimed to be 18 but wasn't. To me this is an over reach by the Federal Government.
3. The first time the young man from Texas saw this young woman was in court. When a person is on line do they really know who they are talking to?
4. Chat rooms and Social media have brought certain problems to our worlds but ten years in prison is not the answer?
Thanks for reading my email! If you have any further questions contact:
