Oppose: Representative Cain's bill would grossly expand the criminal penalties for voting-related offenses. These penalties would be in addition to already existing ones and would push election law violations into the same sentencing range as cases involving murder or theft of property valued between $150,000-$300,000. 

Update April 8, 2021: This bill heard public testimony in the House Elections committee and was reported favorably.
