Bio

Rev. Erin Walter (she/her) is the minister and executive director of the Texas Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry, a statewide action network of 40 UU congregations and partners across the state. A native Austinite and married mother of two, Rev. Erin is the singer/songwriter for indie rock band Parker Woodland and brings music to her ministry and justice work. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked as a director and chaplain for the YMCA of Austin, and she currently serves on the board of interfaith organization Texas Impact and the advisory board of the SIMS Foundation.
