Alejandrina Guzman is a policy & advocacy strategist at the ACLU of Texas, where she focuses on police reform in Dallas as part of the Smart Justice team. Before joining the ACLU of Texas in 2021, Alejandrina was a staffer during the 86th Texas Legislative Session, and led, mobilized, and engaged the disability community during the 2020 election cycle.

She is a first-generation, disabled Xicana activist from Azle, Texas. She advocates and builds community with an intersectional lens, continuously strives for cross-movement solidarity, and organizes alongside disabled siblings at local, state, and national levels demanding equitable policies for all disabled people. She lives in Dallas.
