Marlise Muñoz was a wife, a mother, a daughter, and a paramedic. She had first-hand experience with how tragedy can strike without warning, and so she made sure to tell her family that if she had an irreversible terminal condition, she didn’t want extraordinary medical interventions. Unfortunately, Texas law took away Marlise’s right to make that profoundly personal decision.

62 Days is a documentary film that chronicles Marlise's family's painful ordeal, the human story behind the headlines, and shines a light on a controversial law.

This free screening will be followed by a 30 minute panel discussion. Panelists will include: Marlise's family members, filmmaker Rebecca Haimowitz, and State Representative Sarah Davis.
