Staff and volunteers with the ACLU of Texas and La Fuerza Del Valle will rally against border patrol abuses in the Rio Grande Valley Thursday, May 9 at 8am. Some of our dedicated staff will also be available to ansswer general questions about your constitutional rights and how to interact with law enforcement.
