The 11th largest ACLU affiliate in the United States, the ACLU of Texas defends the civil rights and civil liberties of all people in Texas, in court, at the state legislature, and in large and small communities throughout the Lone Star State. The ACLU of Texas is supported by annual dues and contributions from its members, plus donations from individuals and private foundations. We do not receive government funding.
