Please join the ACLU of Texas Houston for this presentation by Mitchell Katine, local counsel for John Lawrence and Tyron Garner in Lawrence v. Texas, the landmark Supreme Court case that overturned sodomy laws throughout the nation.

Learn about the rapid development of the law on issues of sexual orientation and gender identity following this case, and, seven days before Texans vote on the constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage, learn about the ramifications of these amendments for the GLBT community.
