Start the new year by volunteering to be trained to keep a watchful eye on public protests as an ACLU of Texas Legal Observer. Our legal observers are a crucial part of our mission to protect and preserve civil liberties for all across Texas. ACLU staff will train participants to be neutral, third-party legal observers at protests, marches, and rallies.
