Through intimate portraits and evocative scenes, the series reflects the shared struggles, resilience, and collective spirit that define contemporary America. Valdez will be joined by Lonnie Ali of the Muhammad Ali Center for a thought-provoking discussion on the themes that run throughout the series — identity, solidarity, resistance, and hope — revealing an inspiring reminder: to remain like a stubborn pulse in a struggling heart.
