Financial Statements

Each year, the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas and the ACLU Foundation of Texas prepare financial statements in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States that are audited by an independent accounting firm.

IRS Form 990s

On an annual basis, the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas and the ACLU Foundation of Texas file a Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service. These forms include both financial data and important information about each organization's mission, governance, management, and programs.
