HR Associate

The HR Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration of the organization’s human resources activities. This role requires a minimum of 24 hours each week working in-person/on-site and serves as a key point of contact for staff HR needs while supporting the HR & Admin Ops team. The HR Associate provides general support for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The HR Associate’s duties include data entry, organizing records, scheduling, staff communications, and supporting HR programs and training.

Artist Engagement Manager
