Mediated Settlement Agreed to in Case Involving Illegal Anti-Immigrant Rental Ordinance
The City of Farmers Branch, Texas, and the Vasquez Plaintiffs had a dispute concerning the amount of attorneys’ fees and costs to which the Vasquez Plaintiffs were entitled to recover in the action arising from City Ordinance 2903 and pending before Judge Lindsay in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The City of Farmers Branch and the Vasquez Plaintiffs are happy to announce that they have resolved that dispute.
