HOUSTON — The ACLU of Texas is excited to announce the recent election of new members to its Board of Directors — Dr. Froswa' Booker-Drew and Royce Brooks — following a vote by the organization’s members. The Board of Directors also appointed Feliz Abelos and David Henderson to vacated positions.

AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Supreme Court issued a ruling this morning that upholds part of an appeals court order preventing DFPS from investigating parents who work with medical professionals to provide their adolescent transgender children with medically necessary health care.
