He currently serves as a District 3 appointee to the Dallas Community Police Oversight Board.
Changa also served as Dallas campaign manager for The Leadership Conference Education Fund’s New Era of Public Safety initiative, where he led research, community engagement, and advocacy efforts focused on misdemeanor arrests, and policing practices. He has founded and led community initiatives including Dallas Action and Unify South Dallas.
Alongside his advocacy work, Changa has built a career in technology, research, and design strategy. He brings human-centered research and strategic problem-solving to his work, helping communities understand complex issues, build coalitions, and turn shared concerns into action.
