David Donatti, a native Houstonian, joined the ACLU of Texas in January 2019 as a generalist civil rights attorney through the Samuels Family Legal Fellowship.
Prior to joining the ACLU of Texas, David clerked for the Honorable Robert Pitman in the Western District of Texas and worked as a litigation associate at a large New York City law firm, where he focused on public and private international law. He holds a B.A. from the University of Texas and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
