On November 30th, the ACLU appeared before the United States Supreme Court in the first abortion-related case in five years, Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. Depending upon how the Court rules in this case, the decision could significantly change the legal landscape for all abortion restrictions, unraveling decades of protections for women's health.
