The ACLU and the ACLU of Texas today sent a follow-up letter to Flour Bluff Independent School District asking for a formal response to our March 2 letter concerning our client Nikki Peet’s attempts to form a Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) at Flour Bluff High School.
